  I loaded my 18 electric Poulan to someone and when I got it back it wouldn't cut anything. From Amazon I purchase 2 chains to get the free shipping and saved over $20.00 on the two that I would have paid at a big box store; yes, I went there first.   Does not seem to be made of the same quality as the chain that came with the Poulan I purchased. Need to sharpen it quite often after just cutting a few logs. Once sharpened it works OK again but all the wear and tear plus al the sharpening will result in a short life for this product. I made sure the tension was not too tight.   Right out of the box, the Poulan Pro 400E had a broken trigger mechanism. After the local Poulan repair shop (Sharpening Mechanics, San Jose, CA) repaired the pp400e, it worked great. This electric chain saw has more than enough power for any small tree trimming task.
